Business Innovation Zoo – BIZOO the first startup accelerator program in BiH and in the region with a broad network of local and international mentors and angel investors, located in Sarajevo, BiH.
Supported by the Partnership for Innovation (USAID), Business Innovation Zoo, or BIZOO, was the first start-up accelerator program in BiH and in the region. A broad network of local and international mentors, as well as angel investors, have helped this program succeed. These BIZOO angels were successful business people from BiH and abroad who were willing to invest in innovative projects, and who were available to advise these start-ups as they broke new business ground. And with the generous support of Google, BIZOO provided next-level business and technical support.
The vision of the accelerator was to create a sustainable start-up ecosystem in BiH, linking talented young people with potential investors. Through this program, these emerging entrepreneurs gained access to resources, knowledge, the best mentors on the market, and the latest technology.
